So Not Right

A place to publish things that are So Not Right. Also a place for me to put my own thoughts out there on the internet (I guess my thoughts could be considered So Not Right as well).

Getting in the mood for Christmas

I am so ready for a So Not Right Christmas. Thanksgiving was wonderful and I had an excellent visit with my family down in Beaumont. While in Beaumont, I had the opportunity to help my father put up his outdoor Christmas decorations. One of the decorations is a big inflatable Frosty the Snowman seen in the picture above. Frosty needed some new lights inside of him this year and I did the delicate surgery to change the lights. My father took the SO NOT RIGHT photo below.
Lets have a contest...post a comment and write a caption for this photo...let's see how So Not Right all of you are.

Happy Birthday Rebecca

Black Tie Dinner

What a fantastic time we had at this year's Dallas/Fort Worth Black Tie Dinner (http://www.blacktie.org/).
Over 3,300 people at the dinner, Geena Davis was the Keynote speaker, Alan Cummings was an award winner, and lots of good friends in attendance. Check out my pictures under the picture link on this blog.

Austin Update

I have an update on our buddy Austin Worden, (the Price is Right champion: http://sonotright.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_sonotright_archive.html ). Now granted I have had this picture for awhile and I did the SO NOT Right thing and forgot to post it. Here is a picture of Austin on the John Deer Gator that he won as the showcase winner on the Price is Right.
Check out Austin's blog for more info on what Austin has been up to since his big win on The Price is Right: http://www.austinspower.blogspot.com/

And speaking of The Price is Right: Yes I have heard the unfortunate news that Bob Barker is retiring after this season. My So Not Right sister has already been planning trips for us to go back and try and be contestants before our man leaves the show for good.
